Our previous results indicate that user-based attributes are helpful to the prediction model, as a user’s message reply behavior exhibits different correlations with various user attributes including age, income, education level, geographic location, photo count, and etc.
In addition, we observe that the geographic distance between two users and the photo count of users play an important role in their dating behaviors.
Our results show that it is important to differentiate between users' true preferences and random selection.
